A Bit About Therapy
The decision to engage a therapist is deeply personal and may seem challenging. It is a unique relationship, where ideally, you can be in a safe, empathic environment and talk to someone with in depth psychological training and significant life experience. I offer both to my clients, treating individuals, couples, children, adolescents and families. These relationships have led me to focus on the treatment of: anxiety, depression, relational communications, work place stressors, substance use/abuse, attachment disorders, emotional regulation issues, self image, family systems, ADHD, grief and loss, parenting, obsessive/compulsive behaviors, impulse control, mood disorders and relational conflicts.

About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who maintains a private practice in Camarillo, CA.
My practice focuses on conditions related to mental health, relationships, emotional regulation and performance. My style is personal, direct, collaborative and supportive. The psychological interventions I employ are specifically tailored to your needs and solution focused.
I have worked at Malibu Hills Treatment Center, a residential facility that specializes in care for addiction and dual diagnosis, as a Primary Therapist. Prior to Malibu Hills, I worked at Kids and Families Together, providing intensive therapy for families and children with significant attachment disorders. I served an internship at Phoenix House, working with adolescents in a residential setting with substance use disorders.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the entertainment industry in various capacities as an agent, producer, attorney, executive and writer. This work allowed me to be involved in numerous award winning and nominated motion picture and television productions.
I am a member of CAMFT, The Writer’s Guild of America, The Producer’s Guild of America, New York State Bar Association and am trained in Theraplay.

I write various blog articles and lecture frequently on mental health topics.
